👋 Hi, I’m Coach Kate.

I help burnt out women (35+) overcome weight gain and joint pain through anti-inflammatory nutrition, low-impact strength, and without restrictive dieting. As a health coach and mom, I know how different seasons in life can call for different strategies. I’ve helped women just like you go from bloated, confused, and frustrated to feeling empowered and strong into their 40s, 50s, and beyond - without starvation or calorie math.

This week will be an opportunity to dive into your history and unique needs. We’ll develop a game plan together & get you journaling your food intake.

This week is all about setting up your pantry, fridge, and plate for success! I’ll show you my staples and walk you through red flags in the grocery store.

By the end of the week, you’ll gain confidence in not only what you’re stocking the pantry with but how to build a plate that supports your 35+ body (and family).


Stress & Sleep Reset

Week 3 is all about understanding the relationship between cortisol, sleep, stress, and food.

By the end of the week, you’ll develop strategies you can implement daily to reduce stress and promote better sleep (which is essential to reduce inflammation + more!)



Eating Intuitively

This week will emphasize the importance of low-impact movement to gently reduce inflammation within the body. You’ll be guided through mobility exercises to help naturally support your body through strength and recovery.

During Week 5, I’ll take you through how to eat intuitively without overthinking every bite.

By the end of the week, you’ll develop knowledge around how much and when to eat in order to continue progress - in a sustainable way!


During Week 6, you’ll explore the gut-brain connection that affects everything from digestion to anxiety around food. This week will give you a fresh approach on your nerves and triggers.

By the end of the week, you’ll have a college level understanding of the gut’s impact on your entire body.


You’ll learn about building and maintaining muscle build after 35 (because it looks a lot different than 20). I’ll guide you through strength building without heavy dumbbells or extra stress on joints.

You’ll walk away with a customized protein goal and steps to get there, along with a better understanding of not only creatine - but additional nutrients needed for strength building.
